Todd McLoughlin is a co-founding partner of McLoughlin, O’Hara, Wagner & Kendall, LLP.  

Todd handles all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions and has closed thousands of deals in New York City and the surrounding counties. His clients range from individuals and first-time buyers of cooperative or condominium apartments throughout New York City to corporate clients purchasing, selling, and refinancing commercial and mixed-use properties. He also represents local landlords and tenants in a variety of leasing transactions, and advises co-op and condo boards.  

In addition, a significant portion of Todd’s practice involves assisting individuals and families with estate planning and probate.

Todd understands every deal is unique, and takes a proactive approach to help clients achieve their objectives while minimizing risk.
